Brent Moore is chief executive officer and founder of SaveOnEnergy.com, the premiere online destination for commercial and residential customers looking to shop for and save on electricity and natural gas in deregulated markets across North America.
Founded in 2003, SaveOnEnergy.com was created to open the doors of communication about energy competition in deregulated markets, as well as open the doors of opportunity for commercial and residential customers searching for an easy way to save on electricity and natural gas.
Under that premise, Moore draws upon his 15 years of experience in deregulated industries to lead SaveOnEnergy.com’s overall strategic direction, partnerships and marketing outreach in deregulated energy markets.
Prior to founding SaveOnEnergy.com, Moore served as executive vice president of airBand Communications, where he led the Dallas-based company’s sales, marketing and business development efforts. There, he secured $60 million of financing from leading venture capital firms, including Sevin Rosen Funds, Battery Ventures and Crescendo Ventures.
Before his successful tenure with airBand, Moore was vice president and general manager of the Texas region of Winstar Communications, a former national telecommunications company that thrived in deregulated markets across the United States.
Additionally, Moore has held multiple senior sales and marketing management positions, including roles with MCI and Caprock Communications.
Moore has a bachelor’s degree in business from Texas State University in San Marcos.
He is a current member of The Dallas Chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization.
